Scheduled send using mail merge

Hi
I want to email potential clients but the mail client limits me to 100 emails an hour. I only found out after I used mail merge.
I want to schedule my emails such that it sends out 100 mails every hour. I am using excel together with word for mail merge.
Please help.

Sorry i forgot to attach my template. I am using mail merge using mailings on word. I have a spreadsheet with information and word pulls the data from the spreadsheet. column A is email address, column B is name, the rest of the information is irrelevant as it contains addresses etc.
