I have a spread sheet that has a colunm of hyperlinked files that I have filtered. I now want to save the hyperlink files I have filtered into a specific folder but It is taking very long because I need to select the hyperlink then the pdf opens, then I save the pdf to a folder and then go to the next hyperlink just below and continue.

Please note that I am copying hyperlinked files from an HTTPs webserver.

I there a faster way to do this. PLEASE HELP!!!

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
To run the code you have to copy it to vba. Here are the steps.

  1. From Excel Press ALT+F11. (This will cause the VBA editor to open)
  2. In the VBA Editor Press Ctrl+R (This will open the project pane or focus on it)
  3. In the Project Pane Right Click the Workbook Name you are working in.
  4. This will open the context menu select Insert -> Module.
  5. This will cause a blank module to appear.
  6. In the blank module Paste the CODE.
  7. Close the VBA Editor.
  8. Back in EXCEL Select the range to extract links from.
  9. PRESS ALT+F8 (This will cause the run macro window to open)
  10. Select the LinkGet from the list and Press Run.
