Hello,

I need a macro to save the pics in a column with the adjacent cell name in a specified folder locally

picture is in column A but is not showing here

line of code. I suspect that your transfer files are linked pictures which would be excluded by the code. They will produce an 11 result from the msgbox if this is the case. Dave

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
They were not error messages... the msgbox was telling us what type of shapes were present. 13 is msoPicture; 11 is msoLinkedPicture and 3 is the chart. So you need to change this line of code in the Test sub...

and that should work for all of your pics. Dave
