I have recorded a macro in excel and i need it to run at a particular instant in a user form in VBA.

Is there any way of doing this?

Thanks

Are you sure you want to call a macro to do this?

Why are there spaces in the data anyway?

Even if there are then you could populate the 2nd combobox without the spaces without running a macro.

Something like this perhaps.
Code:
Private Sub proc1_Change()
Dim cl As Range

    ZoneSelect1.Clear

    Select Case proc1.Value
        Case "Drilling"
For Each cl In Worksheets("Drop Down Menu Info").Range("D20:D27")
                If cl.Value <> "" Then ZoneSelect1.AddItem cl.Value
            Next cl
        Case "Turning"
For Each cl In Worksheets("Drop Down Menu Info").Range("E20:E27")
                If cl.Value <> "" Then ZoneSelect1.AddItem cl.Value
            Next cl
    End Select

End Sub
