I have a userform that appears as soon as my workbook is open and it requires that you enter your first and last name. It then dumps the name into a linked cell. I need help making that userform reappear if the contents of the linked cell are deleted or if it is empty. Any help will be appreciated.

"Is this code supposed to be in Module1 of the workbook?"

Right Click the worksheet>View Code and paste it in there.

P.S. Andrew's code worked for me, otherwise try it in a new workbook and see if it works there.

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
I have no doubt that you are right, I must be doing something wrong. I copied and pasted your code into my Module1 and received the same msgbox asking for a macro name to run. This should run my userform1 if the contents of cell C2 are removed or the cell is empty correct? If so thank you for your help. I will continue to run through trial and error. This has helped me though.
