Run-Time Error '-2147024894 (80070002)

I created this file quite some time ago and I've never had an issue with it working, but I get this error message immediately when I try to run it now. It fails on the highlighted line:

It looks like it is failing when trying to attach the file. I've copied and pasted the file string directly and I'm still getting an error.

I'm attaching a link to the file. Hoping someone can figure out what's going on here...

Tested your macro and it works. Definitely your attachment file is not available, maybe by path/name or by permissions.
