Run-time error 1004: application-defined or object-defined error

I'm trying to create a toggle button that, when selected, runs some code to create a dropdown list with two possible options, and when de-selected clears the cell.

Apparently there's a problem with a section of the code, but I don't know what it is:

I get the error message in the title.

Any idead why?
 
You still have XLValidateAlertSop , it is xlVALIDAlertStop
