i was so excited
i bumped into a glitch
i run the report first forex December expiratios and then for January complete
i run these reports back to back just entering my parameters onto a user form
that menas since its before the 23rd everyone will get 2 identicle messages
how can i add it to my user form
i will create the check box send expiration emails with check for yes and blank for no
how tdo i add that the check mark refers to the above boolean code?

Even though you are working on the same project, that is really a new, different question that you originally asked.
