Reverse vlookup for multiple values

I am working on Top10 summary table where Top 10 summary is created based on value selected in $C$1. The problem is that i have multiple same entries in Column C, i am struggling to get multiple values. Any help would be appreciated :

It would be easier to help if you could post a sample of your data, with the expected results. Trying to decipher a partial formula is tricky, especially without seeing what it's doing. The HTML Maker in my signature might help you post something.
