Revenue Recognition in Exel

Hi! I am trying to find a way to fix my issue in excel. Is there a way to make a figure populate to pay once I have changed the cell color?

Multiple projects that pay out at different times according to when Invoice is paid. I already mark them green in my excel sheet when they are paid. Is there a function or VBA code I can run to make it populate on a separate sheet once I turn the cell green?
