I am trying to return all the numbers that appear in column L in column W, but only after a certain number of days (that changes depending on the amounts). This is for an investment program that releases locks and releases funds after a certain time period depending on the amount.

The table in T8:U12 gives the amounts/days capital is tied up. So in the W column, I'm looking for a formula that will return the same amount in column L after a certain number of days in column A. I'm pretty sure this will be a sumproduct/lookup formula, but I still don't fully understand how these work. Any help would be appreciated.
