Return minimum values from matrix

I have this matrix (not data in cells), like so:

{3,5,1;2,2,4}

3	5	1
2	2	4

The MIN may or may not be in the same column

I need to return the MIN of each row in a column, meaning {1;2}

Thanks Rick. Still, the official 'Help' should show it. Hope they update that soon.
