Reshaping Panel Data

I am struggling reshaping my data excel file from wide to long shape!


The main issue is that i have each year-variable in a column, making the reshaping process so complex for me. the data currently looks like this:

I am looking to have the data in the below format:

I am pretty sure you got more knowledge and have the right credentials to help me in this manner.
