I have a quick, and hopefully simple Access 2000 report question. I have a report that pulls a list of names from a query that is several pages long. The report ends up being 9 pages long with a lot of wasted space, and I would like to break the list in to 3-4 columns on a page to reduce the amount of paper used. I've tried using the help function, and searched the forum here to no avail. (Wrong keywords, perhaps?) At any rate I'm stuck and could use a little guidance.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
The solution has been found. A co-worker pointed me to the Page Setup/Columns selection. I hadn't even thought of that...
