I have a series dynamic hyperlinks that i use a form of a table of contents. It is dynamic using the HYPERLINK() and CELL() functions so if I rename a sheet etc it still works in Excel desktop. However I have realized it does work for Excel Online (Excel Web). Any ideas of how to get something like the function / hyperlink below to work on Excel Online?

=HYPERLINK("#'"&MID(@CELL("filename",'Summary - YTD'!$F$11),FIND("]",@CELL("filename",'Summary - YTD'!$F$11))+1,255)&"'!b2","• Summary - YTD - Board")

Thanks for any ideas

I was looking for but could not find the Excel Ideas page to also add a suggestion.

EDIT:
I should add.... I am not linking directly to the Excel file online but to the folder. I have tried to figure out how I could force the Excel file to download instead of open online but could not find a way in my research.
