How can I go about this?

I have a list of words in col A. I want to replace the last letter of each word with the next letter of the alphabet. Bonus points if I can stick a random vowel next to it if it’s a consonant.

Ie:
Doh - Dogu
Vef - Vegi
Sah - Sai

Is this doable?
