Renaming Multiple Folders With Excel

Hi everyone. I am looking for some help on renaming multiple folders on our network drive. Each folder has the name of a specific project. I need to change that name to a unique code that correlates with that project. Ideally, I would have an excel sheet with column A being the folder names and column B being the code (new name). I've done a bit of research and see some information related to Kutools and using a VBA code. I haven't written macros in the past but believe I could figure that out with some research. I just don't want to get too far down a rabbit hole to find out I went the wrong direction.

Let me know if you have any advice, thanks!

Bonus - If there is a way to import the folder names to excel to eliminate retyping, that would be very helpful too.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Sorry for immediate second post. Never mind the bonus as I've figured out how to isolate the folder names by copy/pasting the full batch of filepaths and shaving off the beginning text.

Wow, sorry a second time. Figured this one out. It's easier to use a combination of normal excel feature + the command prompt. If anyone needs help with this in the future, don't hesitate to message me.
