i have these cells referencing cells in a separate spreadsheet that i can not modify. i am wanting to have column A stay showing dates but not show 0-jan if the original cell being referenced is empty. any help would be appreciated

You could change the formulas in column A to:

=IF('[Daily Service Manager Report 2024.xlsx]Feb. 24 '!A1="","",'[Daily Service Manager Report 2024.xlsx]Feb. 24 '!A1)

or

=LET(x,'[Daily Service Manager Report 2024.xlsx]Feb. 24 '!A1,IF(x="","",x))
