Remove R1C1 refernce style for all workbooks

Hi, New to 2007, but the R1C1 reference box is now always checked whenever I open a new excel file. Everytime I have to go to Formula, and uncheck that reference box. Is there a global way to not show in R1C1?

Not that big of a deal, I'll work around. don't want to start pulling stuff from startup, I'd probably mess things up! Thanks for all your help!

Up to you, but you literally just need to drag the files out of the XLSTART folder, open Excel and test, then put them back.
