Remove before and after space

I need to remove the numbers on each side of the string. Remove before first space and after last space. I have formulas to do each one but not both.
Before and after, below.

Here is another formula that will work on any version of Excel (as long as the text is less than 200 characters long)...

=TRIM(MID(SUBSTITUTE(A1," ",REPT(" ",200)),200,(LEN(A1)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A1," ",""))-1)*200))
