Refreshing web data error

Hello I get stock/option data from the Montreal Exchange. I have the appropriate web page in each of my Workbooks.

These Excel Workbooks have worked for years until recently. I get the following error when I run the first symbol (see attached) "unable to open http://" etc. No matter what symbol I run first gets this error.

To fix this I simply refresh it a few times (2 or 3) and then the data will finally come in and the will work fine for all remaining symbols. After it comes in for "any" one symbol and is saved - then it works for all symbols as it always has.

So there is no problem with the link itself and no issue with my internet connection.

I have also had no issues if I run this on another computer. So, I'm thinking there is an issue with one my settings in Excel?

Any suggestions?
