Hi,
I would like to ask how to refresh pivot table with new data. When I add new data to pivot table it does not refresh. I would like to see all the pivot items except blanks. Everytime there is new data it does not refresh automaticly. I have to click on refresh all and unclick blanks again.

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
Sorted. I have ticked Classic PivotTable layout(enables dragging of fields in the grid) in PivotTable Options
