Hi Everyone!

What I am trying to do is link start and end dates from one work book into another, but not the exact cell position where the date currently is.

I can do the first part easily enough by putting "=" in the cell of my current work book, and then selecting the date cell from my reference work book.
But when I insert more rows and add more dates into my reference work book, my current work book keeps the exact cell positions we previously selected, though they are not the correct dates anymore as we have inserted new rows and dates above in the reference book.

Is there a way to link cell values/dates from my reference work book into my current work book, and then get them to stay with that value/cell as we insert new rows in the reference book? If it's even possible?

For example, below is a screen shot of my work books dates, and how they're not lined up.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
