referencing another cell

I am using a name manager to get the color for the cell of the table on the left (yellow/orange).
Is there a way I can get the color code to show on the right table?
That way, I can modify the left table as I please and the right table will pick it up (refresh)
The formula I have in the name manager is =GET.CELL(63,INDIRECT("RC",0)) it is named "qq"
I tried in cel "P6" =qq(E6), but it didn't work
