I am looking for a formula.
Sheet 1 I have a number in A:1, so in A:2 I need a formula that looks at the number in Sheet 1 A:1, then finds that number on Sheet 2 Column A, When it finds the matching number it displays the new number located in Sheet 2 Column B next to the matching number.

Excel Facts

Excel motto
Not everything I do at work revolves around Excel. Only the fun parts.
Are the values on Sheet2 in column A unique?

Code:
=VLOOKUP(A1,Sheet2!$A$1:$B$10,2,FALSE)

Change the range for Sheet2 accordingly as I only used 10 rows in Sheet2.

Yes they are unique numbers in column A on Sheet 2. Can you help out more, I can't seem to get it to work.

So I have the number 22170255 in Sheet 1 Column A Row 7
The same number is also on Sheet 2 Column A somewhere
I need to find the number on Sheet 2 in Column A and then display the number right next to it on Sheet 2 Column B

In Sheet1, in the B1 cell, enter this formula after adjusting however many rows you have on Sheet2.

Code:
=VLOOKUP(A1,Sheet2!$A$1:$B$11,2,FALSE)

Then, fill that formula down in Sheet1's B column to however many rows you have in Sheet1.

Here's my Sheet1
