RDB Merge add-in

Good morning

I am having a problem with the RDB merge add-in. I have it enabled and it works fine, however every time I close Excel and re-open the add-in has disappeared from the data ribbon. If I browse to the add-in and re-open it works for the current session and then disappears again after closedown.

Any advice appreciated
