Random row export to new sheet on date criteria

Hey guys,

Not sure if this is possible or worth even trying..but after searching this forum, the internet, and everyone i know..i turn to you.

I am looking to get a random pull of rows from a sheet. The random pull will be 10 for AM and 10 for PM. It will need to be only business days and for the entire month. My sheet has created on date which is what i want to use for the lookup. I would like these exported to a different sheet once it makes its pull. The main data sheet will only have the current months data for the pull.

Main sheet: dataUser
Date to do search off of: Table2[Created]
Sheet to export to: MonthlyReview (starting in G1 is the title and G2 is data but that changes once i put filter in effect)
