Question about creating lists taking data from another sheet??

Can anyone help me. I need to make a list taking information from sheet 1, and prepopulating it into sheet 2 when the value is yes . I would like it to take the information from that line and put it on an archive sheet automatically. Is this possible?

Next column would be next to ATSI with expiry date in in. I would like from Sheet 1 to auto archive the entire line, removing it from sheet 1 on to a sheet called Archive when the expiry date is reached. I am hoping that this can be done without the information entered onto Sheet 2 being removed. Thinking maybe wont work with the current formula being used??

I am hoping that that makes sense, i am not sure how you drew the table in here.
