Hi,

I have a table with a list of names in it, with User Name as the unique identifier. I also have a table with a list of users with certain access rights. From this I have created a query that shows just username and access rights. What I want to do is create a form with the first table which just gives user details and then a subform base on the query that shows what access rights that user has. So when you look at a record the query lookups up against the username and then shows what access rights?

Any ideas?

Also, there are 19 columns which can hold information on access right level for each person, any way of only showing the cells tht are populated, but this will cary from person to person.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
