PLEAAAASSEEE HELP ME!!!

I am trying to create a route from an excel sheet where it will be placed to a site program then it will auto generate depending on the data provided. I have used basic excel methods but to no success. I need to have the properties scheduled on a monthly basis depending on the number of services they have. I have divided them into 4 weeks to easily determine what day it would need to be placed as the services should not be done on the same day.

Lets start with your first post:

What does this mean? What do you mean by a route, which sheet specifically and what is a site program?

What properties? what is "they"? What determines the number of services?

what is "them"? is it the same as "they" in the previous line? explain the last part more
Now lets move on to your second post

i see services in WK1 and WK2. are these going to be the same in WK3 and WK4? I see a "type" in Sheet0 with some "services" explain that.
What kind of file do you want to generate? what columns do you want in this file? what data do you want in this file?

Please consider these things when replying so i'm not confused about ANYTHING

Blake i really appreciate your response and I hope you're doing well now.

1. Route - we have a program (web based) which automatically assign a Property (address geo locate) depending on efficiency like drive time, service tags, service date. To do this i will need to place the info in a spreadsheet. Now if i place them without a correct service date it will assign them with the same addresses together which is incorrect. This is the Reference sheet.

2. Properties are names of the property we service. What relevant is the 3 columns Eligibility, service tags, Property name. To determine the number of services per property you can pivot them and use the Service tags as the determining factor for value.

3. There will be 4 tabs for WK 1, WK 2, WK 3, WK 4 these properties are serviced per month thats why i have created 4 tabs for each week. The main goal is to divide the services for each week without having an excess (number of service divided to 4) assign to a specific date for the said month.

4. For this I can send another sample however this is done manually (putting the date one by one) and it really hurts my head doing specially it is a 1500+ rows to create one by one.

What i wanted to generate is assigning a date for a service (service tag) to be completed within the month without overlapping (double service in one day) (4 weeks is the key dividing the total service per month)

I was thinking of just having it auto generate and having to be able to change the month and to be able to add more on the sheet even if it is completed.

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Re: NOOB HERE!!! I need help in putting dates on sequential results

sorry for the late reply i've been sick
I appreciate the file sample, but i still have no idea of what you want to be able to do whether thats VBA or excel formulas
I need you to be hyper specific and detailed with what im looking at and what you want please consider the above post i made where you have yet to answer:

- Define terminology such as "a site program", "data provided", and "the number of services they have"
- Be super specific with step by step instructions (addendum: as to what you want this code/formula to do)
- Specify important columns/rows/cells
- Provide an example of what the end result will look like

Here is the SAMPLE you might want to see. Thanks again Blake.
