Put a number on a cell and it showing word/words

Hi All,

Could anyone teach me how to put a number (e.g. 1) in a cell, after enter it will show a word (e.g. apple / sweet apple) ?

Sometimes it takes helpers a while to work out what you have/need but post #5 made that clear.

With that custom format, if you enter 3 in the cell, it will show "3 apples" if you put 4 in the cell it will show "4 apples".
