I want to pull in the names and comments from the Detailed sheet onto the Snapshot based on a date range and a critera.
The criteria is that Active or Appointment are not populated with X.

Detailed:

Date
Source
Name
Phone
Email
Comments
Max Budget
Active
Appointment

2/4/19
REA
John Smith

comment C

X

5/4/19
Website
Alice May

comment D

6/4/19
Facebook
Matt Otway

comment E

X
X

So the following would be pulled into the Snapshot sheet based on the date range of April 2 - April 6:
Alan Jones Comment B
Alice May Comment D

Each week, Snapshot names and comments will be over-written based on the new week.

Hi James

sorry, I've been away for a few weeks. My question above is different as it was not based on date range. The more recent query was based on pulling in from a range of dates - the initial query was pulling in based on a condition across the board (not based on date).
I was hoping to have a similar formula to the initial query for the date range option but you are saying it should be done based on an Advanced Filter. I've tried this option but am having the issue I mentioned above.

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
