hello all i have a few formulas running and the breakdown is below. I have a page which is called PTO Hour Settings" which the sheet "Employees" references. A manager is to input what information applies to his account in the PTO hour setting page so this formula needs to be universal. The bottom cells on PTO Hour setting are A11:C14. Managers will enter there facility accrue or tenure rates there. problem with current formula is that its not accruing any numbers which in this case accrues every 12 months. The sick and personal should have its own formula per manager selection which has an option on how it accrues per year
