Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
My understanding is that I'll never be able to fully prevent my workbook/code from being accessed but I'd like to come as close as possible.
One way is to convert the workbook into an exe file. This way you can protect all you wish to "a la carte"
An annoying thing is that if you use the exe file in an email the antivirus of the recipient will stop it ... Hotmail makes it impossible to even decide if you want to download the file or not ... one remedy is to compress the file (Zip)

i use hardware locking to prevent apps being used on machines other than intended.
