Problems inserting image with IE11

Clearly this theme will crop up time and time again. I seem now to usually be able to box through and get an image up for most people on most systems on most Forums. If I can help anyone, let me know… otherwise ..
..Signing out of the whole “Image “inserting stuff for now.

P.s. I will not help anyone who wants to use an image instead of the MrExcel Forum Tools (VB Code HTML Maker and Spreadsheet HTML Maker etc..)
