Problem with VBA code

I have the following VBA to remove rows that contain a -v(any number) and -vlan*. The issue is that all rows that contain a -v3* are not getting removed

does anyone know as to why the -v3* are not removinig?

Its a dash the one in between the 9 and = on the keyboard
i also did a copy & paste from the cel and put into the code
