Hello Everyone,

I have a worksheet that I am using as an auditing scorecard to track the error count in my department.

In cell C3 I have 20(last week) and in D3 10(this week). In E3 I have percentage increase or decrease to show the movement. In this example errror count has reduced by 50% so I have -50% in E3. I am trying to add an icon set into E3.

The problem is I want to show decreasing numbers as a positive trend. What I really need is a green arrow pointing down, a red arrow pointing up and a yellow arrow pointing across for no change.

Does anybody know how I can get get the outcome I require?

Kind Regards

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
look at fonts like windigs pretend a= down arrow and b = uparrow

then = if (e3<0,"b","a")
use conditional formatting for the colors
