Column 3 is the output column on sheet1. I think It is clear by my data that I want the number next to the number in column 2 & should match with column 1. I am using the formula:

This formula is only working for first three values , means only for A. When I drag down the formula it shows FALSE.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
