Hey Guys!
im new here but not so new in terms of using excel. But still when a friend of mine asked me for Help i didnt know where to start.

task:
we have a shop which offers different products. For example product A, product B etc. We have full knowledge of past data for those items - sales Net, gross, cost of sales of each item (by value or %) VAT and prices (gross and net). How to calculate what will be forecasted influence on given data like eg sales when we will increase prices of those products? If possible i woould like to avoid CBA but if itd needed we can go with it..

Thanks for any support or tips!

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
If you know your forecasted volumes then you can figure out your totals by multiplying volumes by price

Looks like you are wanting to forecast given a number of variables. Put your values in a table. Take a look at the LINEST function. Its difficult to understand at first, but essentially it provides you statistics on your X and slope variables. Then you use those values for the slope and y-intercept to plug in the line equation y=mx+b. You should get multiple slopes.
