Previous Month Value Required

Hi all

I seem to have a very simple ask but cannot seem to formulate this.

I have the below data in which what I need is to show the value from previous month until there is a change.

So the bottom "Project 1" line is the desired outcome.

Name		Mar	Apr	May	Jun	Jul	Aug	Sep	Oct	Nov	Dec
Project 1		3​			4​				5​
Project 1		3​	3​	3​	4​	4​	4​	4​	5​	5​	5​

I never even thought about doing it on a different row! I was trying to construct the formula within D3 and drag across.
