Hi there.

I have created a powerpivot two tables linked with a common ID .

I have then created pivot tables and charts from the powerpivot tables. All works fine, but I cant get the powerpivot to auto update.

the file is saved and upon opening, I have to click on Powerpivot Window, then Refresh All,
then close powepivot window and goto Excel data tab and referesh All to update the pivotcharts.

Am i missing something, as the way it it is, I see no benifet to using Powepivot pivot if I cant get it to auto refresh when open the excel file.

Have I built the file incorrectly or is there some settings I have missed?

Many thanks for any help.
