PowerPivot - Pivot Table Layout Problems

Hi

Hope this will be an easy fix.

I'm struggling to get a pivot table to layout the way I want it to. I have achieved the layout I want once in the past but can't replicate.

The picture below explains the issue. I'm using Excel and PowerPivot 2010

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Sort by date Sort by votes
Can you choose to show the Values row in Pivot Table options on the Display tab?
