Whenever i am close and load to from power query there is no option for power pivot, pivot table and pivot chart. While i have installed power pivot

afaik, Power Query in EX2016 doesn't have option like you show
you need to go through the steps I posted to create PT and PTChart
even in PowerBI you need do the same

again, if you want create Pivot and Chart use Add this data to the Data Model
then create Pivot Table and Pivot Chart from there but data model is not a Power Query but Power Pivot - two different things
each action is a separate process
