Please help me to combine these formulas

Hi Everyone,

Can you please help me to combine these formulas into one.

Expr2: IIf([Final_result]![Position_Applied]="Fresher",IIf([NumberOfDups]>=7,"Pass","Fail"))
Expr2: IIf([Final_result]![Position_Applied]<>"Fresher",IIf([NumberOfDups]>=8,"Pass","Fail"))

With switch as a possible way (also nested iifs can be done):

=switch(NumberOfDups>=7 AND [Final_result]![Position_Applied]="Fresher",'Pass',NumberOfDups>=8 AND [Final_result]![Position_Applied]<>"Fresher",'Pass', NumberOfDups<7, 'Fail', 1=1, 'Error')

Out of habit I always provide a default error case (which could only happen if something were, for instance, Null).
