Player Comparison Formula

Hello, everyone! I have a workbook for you all to look at so you can better understand my problem. In the 'Player Comparisons' worksheet, a list is used in A1 that helps find the closest comparisons to the player selected and puts the names of those comparisons in cells D2-D6. In the 'Players' worksheet, I have columns AL, AM, AN, AO and AP labelled 'Best Comparison' #1-5. I was just wondering if there is any way to match the same results (based on a player's name) in the 'Players' worksheet without having to use a list as was used in the 'Player Comparisons' worksheet. I've been struggling to find a potential solution for a couple of weeks now, so any help from this community would be greatly appreciated!

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Not sure what you are asking, but to fill in the five columns in sheet Players, it seems to me that you could simply list the names there instead of on the other sheet. It is as simple as just changing the destination reference from sheet Player Comparisons cells D2:D6 to sheet Players cells (Ref.Row & "AL"):Cells(Ref.Row & "AP").
