Hi
I have a set of data where I like to collect all data like in a pivot table but I like to choose as follows
Country
City
The city will be related on country. So only cities related to country are visible in the drop down menu

I have tried with power pivot, but I don’t quite get it to work

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
How are your tables inside the data model defined?
You should have a table with cities and some related fact data. And another (lookup) table with cities and their country.
If you have the default settings (I think) in your slicers, you can have a slicer of country and one on city (take the fields of the second table). The city one should respond to the selection of the first one.
Do note this can make calculations heavy and kill the responsiveness of your solution.

I trird to simplified this a bit to much. i av a project with sub projects (these changes from project to project) so i like to present date on a sub project level. all sub project or just one
like show in the attachement
maybe lookup is better than pivot ?

It's doable with slicers, as I suggested. Made a quick example with month and week numbers of dates.
It depends a bit on the number of projects you would have.

Alternative is possible with some formulas.

Sorry for pasting pictures, I'm without XL2BB add-on. I can't install it at work.
