Pivot table filter rows hidden, can't get them to show

Hi,
I use a big pivot table with ~10,000 rows of data to make monthly individual reports for my colleagues.
It's filtered with colleague name and Location, which indicates type of activity - two filter fields at the top left.

Today I tried recording a macro to make the pivot in the hope of making it faster. I recorded the color theme, settings, selected fields, value fields and formatting, filter fields, table font size and word wrap.

Then I opened a different data file and tried running the macro.

The first time it ran it stopped at a conditional formatting item. I deleted this line and tried it again.

The second time it appears to have timed out. It didn't give any errors. It made a pivot table that has about half of the font size and word wrap done.

The odd thing is, the top two rows with the filter fields are hidden. They show in the Field List normally.
I've tried Unhide Rows. I tried right-clicking, but Remove Filter is grayed out.
Of course I can make it manually, and I want to take this opportunity to learn.

Does anyone know how the filter rows became hidden, and how to show them again? Maybe one day I'll find a way to automate this so it would be good to know.

Thanks everyone! Have a good day ;)
