Hi,

Writing after so long, I have a problem with Pivot table calculated field. let me explain.

I have Data which gives me Budget and Actual. The column which distinguish Actual and Budget is names "Type"
I have a pivot table which gives me location wise bifurcation of Budget Vs Actuals. Now I want a calculated field which will give me variance between budget Vs Actual.

Below is the table

Rows : I have Location
Values : I have Sum of Q1 / Q2 / Q3 / Q4
Columns : I have Type which gives me Budget and Actuals in single row

I am not able to figure out how wo write a calculated field which will give me difference of Q1 Budget - Q1 Actual.

Need your help.
