Is there a way to make this into a shared workbook so that I don't get the readonly prompt when I have more than 1 instance of excel open at the same time?

I think part of the problem was that I don't have access to the appdata folder on my computer.

When saving the files though, I clicked saveAs and changed the properties to readOnly. Seems to have done the trick for now at least.
