sorry if this isn't the right place for this subject but I was just wondering if anyone could help me here.

I have a pdf file at work which every clerk uses by filling in data and at the end types their initials. When they are finished they print the document and hand it to the customer kind of like a receipt. Right now we have no idea what clerk gave the receipt if we ever had to investigate. Is there a way to create a macro that saves a copy of the pdf file to whatever path I desire as goes with the name of the file, when the clerk prints the document?

So in short, when the file is printed with their initials on it, it will automatically save a copy of the document to a specified location on a network drive and give the name of the file with the clerk's initials, or something to that effect.

Thanks for your help on this.

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
